Uniqlo is true to Asian sizing: roughly one size smaller than US/EU brands, with shorter sleeves and inseams. US shoppers usually size up; Korean and Japanese shoppers can take their usual size.

Tips
- Uniqlo Japan and Uniqlo US use the same size labels but the US site lists slightly different body measurements; go by cm, not the letter.
- Free alteration on trouser length in store (hemming) — order the standard inseam and hem instead of hunting for a short length.
- Ultra Light Down and Heattech are meant to fit close; do not size up for layering.
